We are building Precision Breathing to bridge the gap of understanding between how we breathe and how we live. To understand with clarity what is happening in someone's body, so we can meet them exactly where they are.

No one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, specific and tailored programmes for the individual breathing profile. Every person breathes differently, lives differently, and is best supported in a different way.

What We Listen To

Breath, Brain, Blood, Behavior.

Breathing mechanics

Breath

Rate, depth, pattern. The architecture of how breath moves through the body. Most adults breathe in habitual patterns that mirror their nervous system's default state. Understanding these patterns is the first step toward changing them.

Neural activity (EEG)

Brain

EEG recordings reveal shifts in neural states during sessions. From beta-dominant (alert, analytical) to alpha-theta (open, integrative). These patterns help us understand what is happening at the level of integration and processing.

Heart & circulation (ECG)

Blood

Through ECG we capture HRV, RSA, and heart rate metrics that reveal how the autonomic nervous system responds to the breath. These signals show us the body's adaptive capacity and how it shifts session by session. In time, blood markers will offer a further window into the endocrine system and its relationship with breathing.

Mind & lived experience

Behavior

Understanding mechanisms of thinking and behavior. Where consciousness moves freely, and where its range is limited or stuck. Through facilitator assessment, intakes, and sessions we build a picture of how someone relates to themselves and their world.

What Is Revealed

Precision Breathing.

Together, these signals build a picture of how breathing relates to thinking, feeling, and living. Over time, individual breathing profiles emerge that deepen our understanding of how to best support each individual. Facilitators learn to guide with greater precision, meeting each breather exactly where their body and nervous system are.

This is the work of Precision Breathing: to make visible what was previously felt but unseen, and to use that clarity in service of more attuned, more effective facilitation.
