Terms of Service — The Breathing Organization

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on The Breathing Organization platform ("TBO", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

TBO provides a platform connecting breathwork practitioners ("Breathers") with certified facilitators ("Facilitators"). Our services include session discovery, scheduling, and payment processing.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Bookings & Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a booking, you agree to the facilitator's cancellation policy. Refunds are subject to the facilitator's stated policy and processing fees may apply.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual facilitators. If you cancel within the allowed period, you will receive a refund minus any non-refundable processing fees. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Health Disclaimer

Breathwork sessions may involve physical and emotional effects. You participate at your own risk. TBO does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before participating if you have any health conditions.

7. Facilitator Terms

Facilitators are independent practitioners, not employees of TBO. They are responsible for their own qualifications, insurance, and compliance with local regulations. TBO provides the platform but does not endorse specific facilitators.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (except user-generated content) belongs to TBO. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TBO is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in breathwork sessions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
